Development to stabilized operation
Independent advisory for hotel and short-term rental owners, developers and managers.
Where better decisions become better assets.
The yield so far
What Yieldhouse does
Yieldhouse is an independent advisor to hotel and short-term rental owners, from the first drawing to a stabilized asset.
The work runs from unit mix and design, underwriting, through operator selection, the agreement and go-live, review optimization, to everything the P&L does after.
Yieldhouse never manages the building, so no recommendation is ever a bid for the contract.
Decisions compound
Six examples
None of these are revenue problems, but all of them reach the P&L.
Housekeeping, deliveries and maintenance cross guest space. It caps the rate the asset can hold, permanently.
Two fewer keys to sell, on the same square footage, for the life of the asset.
Minutes added to every turn, in every room, on the labor line for as long as the asset operates.
A replacement cycle nobody put in the capital plan.
Rarely the lower cost of management once the full fee stack is counted.
The guests who book months ahead have already booked somewhere else.
The practice
You are building it.
The decisions that set performance before a guest arrives.
You are already live.
Open, and not performing the way you underwrote.
AI and automation review
Where the operation still does by hand what it no longer has to.

The founder
A career spent where the owner's plan meets operating reality.
She learned to frame high-stakes decisions at Bain & Company, and what those decisions become at AvantStay, where she was the first Head of Asset Management, accountable for delivering what had been promised to owners. The pattern she watched repeat became the firm: an asset's fate is decided quietly, early, in choices nobody flags. Yieldhouse exists to sit in those moments, on the owner's side of the table.
In their words
“We brought Isabella in, now the founder of Yieldhouse, to be accountable for what our buildings actually returned, not for what the model said they would. She took asset management from one partner to thousands of units, and ran our hotel and institutional buildout. Across these assets she deciphered which problems actually cost money and how to tackle them. She can model a building and open one, which is rarer than it sounds.
When she told me a lever was worth pulling, it was. Any owner would want her on their side of the table.”
